🩵Who is O'Sea?❤️

The ship name O'sea is a portmanteau of "Osomatsu" and "Tea," and is meant to invoke a sense of wistfulness and longing- the same sort that one might have while praying to a force of nature or celestial body in desperate yearning. This is to homage to their long period of yearning before finally dating, as well as an everlasting symbolic representation of their romance. After all, the ocean has always been, and always will be, no matter what transformations it goes through. It is a constant, a force of nature.Other things to keep in mind: Their arc is about maturing together and living life "proper," or rather, what looks proper to the outward eye. The truth is that their Uchi (内) is vastly different from their Soto (外).

My ship has three sets of oshi marks, each representing a different stage of O'sea's long term relationship.🥀 🍻
The wilted rose and beer emojis symbolize their individual "withered" states. Neither of them have reached their full potential, no matter what they think otherwise.🌹 🌲
The evergreen and rose symbolizes their end-game stage, where they're going steady and eventually have a happy, fulfilled marriage.

❤️Who is Osomatsu?❤️

Osomatsu Matsuno 松野おそ松 is my riako F/O from Osomatsu-san. He's a virgin addict NEET who's a slave to his whims and known colloquially for being the shittiest eldest of the Matsuno sextuplets. Tea doesn't think of him this way, and never has. He loved Tea once when they were young, but their bitter departure left him cold to love until their unexpected return.Osomatsu's canon with Tea diverges from the anime's canon, since they start dating around Season 4. If you're reading this feeling confused about having never heard that lore, that's probably because you're familiar with their "just friends" AU, since that's primarily what I post about. In their actual canon, O'sea have a much more realistic romance.TRIVIA

🩵Who is tea?🩵

While Tea is my self-insert, Tea Rose ローズティ is specifically exclusive to the Osomatsu-san universe. They work as a grave keeper in Akatsuka District. She crushed on Osomatsu in high school, but truly fell for him when they reunited as adults.They are kind, shy, romantic, serious, and a worrywart.TRIVIA○ Alias: Tea-chan, Teacup, Ro-chan (unused)
○ Tea believes in an after life, and doesn't believe in ghosts. They are not superstitious in the slightest. Enjoys horror, the occult, and anomalies. They do believe in demons.
○ Big foodie and a social eater. If people are around, they want to eat!

DESIGN NOTESTea has a tattoo on their inner left wrist, their inner left forearm, on both outer ankles, on their inner upper right thigh, sternum, and on the back of their neck (all depicted in their references above) (the writing on their inner thigh says 'いただきます' or 'itadakimasu' or 'I humbly receive.'). They have a birthmark right of their bellybutton in the shape of a heart and a surgery scar on their upper right arm. Tea consciously attempts to cover up their tattoos, even in warmer weather, to respect the culture of Japan.Sometimes Tea has different hairstyles (high ponytail, low ponytail, hanging freely) (you may have seen Tea with shorter hair, but in canon this hairstyle is exclusively during her separation). Her hair is grown out to the middle of her back. It is naturally straight, and is only wavy after they've braided it. It is straight on the bottom. Her hair is black like Osomatsu's, but sometimes looks brown due to the anime's coloring and my own personalized rendering.Tea's smile curls up on one side, like a smirk. They have tired eyes.
